I signed myself and my 19 year old daughter, up for the Basic Handgun Course with range time included. Had visited the stores prior, but had no real point Blank experience to relate. They didn’t even address my email and just responded with their ammo buying policy. I understand where they are coming from with that rule but I am not a fan. Tonight I was denied that for a petty rule. Be able to defend my household and family. Be able to shoot and enjoy my hobby and B. I don't want to be forced into a membership because I doubt I would use it enough. I don't want to be forced to jump through hoops to be able to buy the things I need from your store. I have spent a lot of money there in the past. I get that they want to give their members an edge over common folk during these crazy times, but just because I am not a member does not mean I am not as valuable as a customer. He informed me unless I was shooting on the range, was buying a gun or was a member he could not sell me the ammo. A total impulse buy because why not?Īn associate came up to help me and when I followed him to the register he noticed I was trying to buy ammo. While I was in line I grabbed some pmags I noticed. Not even because they’re convenient but because the staff always treats me right and is always super helpful. I may not be a weekly customer or even a monthly customer but they’re right down the street from my work so whenever I'm looking for anything gun related they’re normally my first stop. I’ve shot at their ranges, bought ammo and even have purchased guns from them in the past. I will start off saying that I’ve been a long time customer at this location as well as their West Side Location. Just goes to show that they really don't care. Don’t even get paid enough to enjoy what little discount you do get.I wasn't going to post a public review and planned on handling my issue internally until I sent an email to them and got a BS canned response. Now it feels like a liberal cuck owned and operated franchise because you can’t even correct terminology or offer proper insight with the fear we may offend the customer. It used to be a fun and chill firearm store environment. You pretty much work open to close every weekend unless you request off. And forget hearing about the good you’re doing in the store only negative feedback will be given. Working 2 hours on the range sometimes multiple times a day at $9 given how dangerous it is and how many people you have to make sure are following all safety standards doesn’t seem right. They don’t appreciate your hard work and you’re so quickly and easily disposable to the company. Management changed and corporate doesn’t seem to care much about the wants or needs of the employees. However you can make some awesome friends that impact your life. Now it’s $9 for part-time and $10 for full-time. The pay was awful from the day I started at $9/hour. I worked at Range USA when it was still Shoot Point Blank.
